May 12, Fineko/abc.az. Expert Ramil Osmanli has commented the matter of the rise in price of rental houses in some districts in connection with the onset of summer. 

ABC.AZ reports that the expert noted that the most visited districts for local and foreign tourists are Gakh, Gabala, Oguz, Ismayilli, Shemakha, Guba-Khachmaz and the southern regions of Azerbaijan.

"Currently, the daily cost of a two-room house with average amenities, rented out in the villages of the above-said districts, starts from 40 manats. In the summer months, prices rise to 50 manats. There are houses in these districts, the daily price of which starts from 300 manats. One of the main factors affecting prices is the proximity of these districts to the capital," expert explained.
