May 13, Fineko/abc.az. Women who have given birth to five or more children and raised them up to the age of eight, and women who have adopted 5 or more children and raised them up to the age of eight, as well as guardians who have raised 5 or more children up to the age of eight, will receive the right to early retirement on preferential terms.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Labor Pensions, submitted for discussion in 3rd reading at the parliament.

According to the draft, women who have given birth to 5 or more children at the same time and raised them under the age of eight are offered the right to early retirement on preferential terms for 5 years, regardless of the number of children.
