Oil gets more expensive, and Brent is at $113.43 a barrel

May 23, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Monday's trading.

At the London ICE Futures Exchange the July’s Brent crude futures rose by $0.88 (0.78%) up to $113.43 per barrel by 09:22 am. Following the trading on 20 May, the price of July’s Brent crude futures grew by $0.51 (0.46%) up to $112.55 per barrel.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the July’s WTI oil futures increased in price by $0.63 (0.57%) up to $110.91 per barrel by 09:22 am. Following the trading on 20 May, the price of WTI oil futures for July increased by $0.39 (0.36%) up to $110.28 per barrel.

Over the past week, Brent crude oil has risen by 0.9% and WTI oil  by 0.2%.
