May 27, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on VAT refund for the purchase and sale of residential and non-residential premises.

ABC.AZ reports that chairman of board of the Azerbaijan Society of

Appraisers (AQC) Vugar Orujev told about the essence of the presidential decree.

In particular, the decree says that this also concerns those objects, payment on which is possible in installments.

"But only in case of full payment. That is, after paying any part of it, VAT is not refunded," Oruj emphasized.

The expert added that the part can be returned after the certainty of full payment is achieved: "The object must be fully paid. The purchase and sale must take place, the relevant documents for the goods are submitted, a receipt is issued. After that, part of the VAT is refunded within 30 days."
