Inflation in Germany has accelerated much

June 14, Fineko/abc.az. The rate of inflation growth in Germany accelerated from 7.4% to 7.9% year-on-year by the end of May 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that the last time such indicators were recorded in Germany in the winter of 1973-1974 because of the oil crisis.

Experts attribute this to military operations in Ukraine.

Energy prices have increased especially since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, and this further affects inflation.
