Azerbaijani population increased by 0.17%

June 17, Fineko/abc.az. Since the beginning of the year the country's population has grown by 16,812 people or 0.17% and, as of 1 May 2022 amounted to 10,173,178 people.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that 52.9% accounts for the urban population and 47.1% for the rural population, while the ratio between men and women was the same.
