June 20, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 January 2022, the quantity of civil servants in the country amounted to 26,700 people, of which 28% are women.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that 6.8% of civil servants worked in state bodies on the 3rd classification of administrative positions, 3.4% on the 4th classification, 11.6% on the 5th classification, 8.8% on the 6th classification, 48.4% on the 7th classification, and 21.0% in auxiliary positions of the civil service.

7% of civil servants have service experience of up to 1 year, 23.1% - from 1 to 5 years, 25.9% - from 5 to 10 years, 17.2% - from 10 to 15 years, and 26.8% - from 15 years or more.
