IDPs to be allowed to build housing on site of their ex-homes in liberated lands

June 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President’s Special Representative for the Liberated Territories that are part of the Karabakh Economic Region (with the exception of Shusha region) Emin Huseynov has commented on the issue of IDPs who themselves want to build a house upon their return to the liberated territories.

ABC.AZ reports that Huseynov said that it is envisaged to create conditions for these persons for the restoration of their homes, or to build a house for themselves in accordance with the General Plan.

"There are such plans, discussions are underway in this direction," Huseynov emphasized.
