Bank BTB declares date of bond placement

June 24, Fineko abc.az . Azerbaijan's Bank BTB plans to place bonds for AZN 3 million on 28 June, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Baku Stock Exchange.

The issue is divided into 3,000 bonds with nominal value of AZN 1,000 manats per security.

The maturity of the bonds is 6 years, and the coupon yield is 9% per annum (coupon payment is made every two months).

Investment company BTB Kapital will act as the underwriter of the placement.
