June 28, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Auction Center LLC will host regular open auctions for the sale of real estate of Atabank, which is in the process of liquidation, and Bank Standard on 6 and 20 July respectively, ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund.

Speech is about a non-residential plot of 9,624 sq m owned by Atabank (add: 45A, Khojali Avenue, Block 1168, Khatayi District, Baku), as well as non-residential premises with an area of 1,034 sq m owned by Bank Standard (add: Lane 1, Rashid Behbudov Street, Absheron District, Khirdalan City: Gushchulug Residential Area). Real estate objects are estimated at AZN 20 million and AZN 730,000, respectively.
