Utair starts direct flights from St. Petersburg to Baku

June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Russian airline UTair starts operating direct flights via the Baku-St. Petersburg route from 1 July, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the airline.

"This year we’ve significantly expanded the route network to Azerbaijan. At the beginning of the year, direct flights were launched to Ganja and Nakhichevan from Moscow and to Baku - from Moscow, Surgut and Tyumen. In June, we opened a flight to Baku from Grozny and Ufa, and from July we plan to start flights from St. Petersburg. We’ll continue to open new routes so that our passengers can freely fly direct flights both in Russia and in the CIS," said Oleg Semenov, President of Utair Passenger Airlines.
