June 30, Fineko/abc.az. A discussion will be held on the provision of apartments belonging to the citizens of the country.

ABC.AZ reports that State Tax Service’s department head Rashad Nuriyev informed about this at training for journalists organized by the Tax Service and the Media Agency under the Economy Ministry.

He noted that Tax Service’s purpose in discussions on the matter issue is to eliminate the existing "black market" in this direction.

The department head added that currently there are cases of tax evasion in the rental housing market: "Two people agree among themselves and do not consider it necessary to conclude a contract notarized. With all this in mind, we’ll hold discussions to encourage rental housing market participants to pay taxes in the coming years."
