January 26, Fineko/abc.az. The decision of the Azerbaijani court to confiscate $1.28 million belonging to the convict and stored in a foreign bank was recognized by a foreign court.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev stated about this at an expanded meeting of the Board of the Prosecutor General's Office, dedicated to discussing the state of work by the prosecutor's office in the field of crime control, investigative work, prosecutor's supervision in 2023 and upcoming tasks.

"The return of $1.281 million to Azerbaijan was ensured," Aliyev added.
