February 9, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Gilan Seramik LLC has been reduced.

ABC.AZ reports that the size of company's authorized capital was lowered by 3.46 million manats or 7.7% to 41.71 million manats.

For the last time in January 2023, company's capital grew by 12% up to 45.1 million manats.

Gilan Seramik LLC was founded in 2006, and the plant itself was built in 2009. 40.2 million manats were invested in the creation of the plant and it is equipped with modern innovative equipment from Italian company Sacmi.
