February 21, Fineko/abc.az. A chain of shops selling perfumes and cosmetics in Azerbaijan – Adore Kompani LLC (Ideal store chain) reduces its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that the company announces the reduction of the authorized capital from 8,869,500 to 100,000 manats.

Thus, the authorized capital of the company is reduced by 8,769,500 manats.

Adore Kompani LLC was previously called Ideal Company. The company rebranded after acquiring the rival chain of perfume and cosmetics stores Sabina.
