ABC.AZ reports that according to the compiled separation balance sheet, Xətai Development LLC is the legal successor for some rights and obligations of Milk-PRO LLC.

It should be noted that Milk-PRO LLC was founded in 1991 as an enterprise for the production of medical and bacteriological dairy products. The authorized capital of the company is 10 thousand manats, and its legal representative is Mustafa Mammadov.
