February 27, Fineko/abc.az. This January, 15 companies with Azerbaijani capital were registered in Türkiye, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Turkish Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TOBB). The figure is 9 companies less against January 2023.

The Chamber says that along with decrease in the number of registered Azerbaijani companies, their total capital also declined.

"If in January 2024 the total capital of Azerbaijani companies registered in Türkiye reached 5.3 million Turkish liras, then for January 2023 this figure was 18.4 million Turkish liras," TOBB said.

The Chamber added that this January most Azerbaijani companies were registered in Istanbul (11).

"The total capital of Azerbaijani companies registered in Istanbul reached 4.7 million Turkish liras," TOBB noted.
