ABC.AZ reports that ASK Aqro LLC, owned by Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC, was reorganized in connection with the accession of another company of the corporation, ASK Tütün LLC.

ASK Aqro LLC was registered in 2018, and ASK Tütün in 2021. Their authorized capital is 690,000 manats and 1.648 million manats, respectively. The legal representative of the company is Murshud Kazimli.
