April 4, Fineko/abc.az. Merging of AY-NT LLC, Aliot LLC and Capital Hotel Company LLC with PMD Group LLC has been announced and reorganization of PMD Group LLC as a result of this merger.

ABC.AZ reports that from the date of state registration of the merger, all rights and obligations of AY-NT LLC, Aliot LLC and Capital Hotel Company have been terminated (liquidated) under the transfer act and transferred to PMD Group LLC.

Capital Hotel Company LLC was established in 2017, the authorized capital is 29,421,605 manats. The authorized capital of AY-NT is 2,897,230, and the authorized capital of Aliot LLC is 1,000 manats.
