Interests paid to investors by Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund

April 9, Fineko/abc.az. To date, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has made interest payments to investors holding its bonds in the amount of about 238 million mantas, ABC.AZ reports, quoting AMCGF deputy chairman Ramil Takhirov.

"The Fund issues long-term bonds using both budgetary funds and financial market opportunities in order to ensure the continuity and development of the life financing mechanism. The Fund first began issuing secured bonds in the country in 2009, and in 2016 it began issuing mortgage bonds for the first time. Since 2009, the Fund has placed bonds for 2.6 bn manats on the domestic capital market. To date, obligations on bonds in the amount of more than 762 million manats have been fulfilled," he said.
