April 25, Fineko/abc.az. The loans in the amount of 115 million manats were given through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund for Jan-Mar 2024.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that the indicator is 3.6% more against Jan-Mar 2023.

The volume of AMCGF refinanced loans decreased by 26.8% to 70.6 million manats.

Over the past 3 months, the Fund raised 140 million manats by issuing bonds (no funds were raised for Jan-Mar 2023), as well as a previous year ago, 21.9 million manats were allocated from the State Budget to the AMCGF.

This January, mortgage loans were given for 16.1 million manats, in February for 36.1 million manats, and in March for 62.8 million manats.
