April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Meta has published the balance sheet for the period from January to March.

ABC.AZ reports that the income of Meta, which owns Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, grew by 27% in the 1st quarter of this year versus Jan-Mar 2023 up to $36.5 bn.

Meta's revenue for Q1 of 2023 was $28.6 billion.

Company's earnings exceeded market expectations of $36.2 bn.

Meta's net profit increased by 117% up to $12.4 bn in the 1st quarter of this year. Over the first quarter of 2023, the company reported about profit of $5.7 bn.

Company's earnings per share for Q1 of 2023 was $2.20 and rose up to $4.71 for Jan-Mar 2024.

The company said it expects revenue of $36.5 bn up to $39 bn for Q2 of 2024.
