May 10, Fineko/abc.az. 71% of subsidized loans given in Azerbaijan for Jan-Apr 2024 are in the regions (with the exception of Baku, Sumgayit and Absheron), ABC.AZ reportsç quoting Entrepreneurship Development Fund’s chairman of board Osman Halliev.

"Since 2022, more than 14 million manats of concessional loans have been given to 7 business entities in the territories liberated from occupation. In 2020, 17% of applications received by the Fund were rejected, in 2021 - 15%, in 2022 - 10%, in 2023 - 2.8%. Over the years, we have positively reviewed 908, 1902, 2726 and 3276 projects, respectively," the EDF chair added.
