Equity stakes of shareholders of Partner Finance CJSC changed

May 20, Fineko/abc.az. A change has been recorded in the distribution of equity stake of shareholders of leasing company Partner Finance CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that in September 2023, the share capital of the leasing company was increased from 2,000 up to 102,000 manats.

Prior to this date, Nubuvvet Rzayev is the shareholder of Partner Finance with a 100% equity stake. After the capital increase, it became known that Anar Nuriyev received 500 shares or 49.02% of the authorized capital, Shamama Gurbanova - 500 shares or 49.02%. The remaining 0.2% belongs to the previous shareholder.
