May 21, Fineko/abc.az. The state registration of limited liability companies with foreign investments in Azerbaijan will be carried out electronically.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft law "On State Registration & the State Register of Legal Entities", discussed at today’s Milli Majlis meeting.

Other proposed changes in the draft are proposals to bring into line and clarify the Law on Targeted Financial Sanctions.

The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the 3rd reading.
