ABC.AZ reports that Azemal LLC, which was recently formed, is the legal successor of Milk-Pro LLC for certain rights and obligations in accordance with the separation balance sheet.

Milk–Pro LLC was founded in 1991 as an enterprise for production of medical and bacteriological dairy products. The company has 3 milk processing plants and 2 fruit processing plants. The company has authorized capital of 9,900 manats.

Its legal representative is Mustafa Mammadov.
