June 5, Fineko/abc.az. An equity stake in the authorized capital of non-bank credit organization Kepez LLC has been transferred to an individual.

ABC.AZ reports that company’s authorized capital is 2 million manats. So far, the equity stake of Abulfaz Aliyev in the NBCO was 65.6%. After the latest changes, his equity stake in the credit institution made up 100%.

He bought this 34.4% stake in the NBCO from Kazim Aliyev.

Abulfaz Aliyev is also directly involved in the management of the company. So he is the chairman of the Supervisory Board.

NBCO’s net profit amounted to 1.229 million manats against interest income of 2.738 million manats in 2023. The loan portfolio is 2.247 million manats.
