June 10, Fineko/abc.az. In April 2024, the prices of some building materials increased.

ABC.AZ informs that lumber, fiberboard, particle board, adhesive for ceramic tiles, the prices of which declined versus 2023, have risen in price in monthly comparison.

The monthly increase in cement prices is 1.4%, and the annual growth - 3.6%.

While the prices of edged boards have fallen by 4.7% over the past year, they have increased by 0.9% over the past month.

The decrease in prices for laminate flooring occurred by 0.2% year-on-year and by 0.3% month-on-month. Of them, wallpaper, which rose in price by 4.8% year-on-year, fell in price by 1.1% per month. On the other hand, wallpaper adhesives dropped in price by 0.4% over the past month, although they rose in price by 5.3% over the past year.

Prices for plastic windows grew by 2% for the past part of the year and fell by 0.1% over the past month.
