June 20, Fineko/abc.az. State Housing Construction Agency LLC (MIDA) has announced a tender procedure.

ABC .AZ reports that the tender envisages urban planning justification, development of a construction project and author's control in connection with the construction of a residential complex on a 4.5 ha land plot in Saray settlement, Absheron district.

The estimated price is 696,868 manats.
