June 27, Fineko/abc.az. Fresco SS LLC, Amor Plaza LLC and Arsenal Texno Group LLC are merging.

ABC.AZ reports that Fresco SS LLC was reorganized as a result of the accession of Arsenal Texno Grop LLC and Amor Plaza LLC to it and is the legal successor of these legal entities.

Other companies are announcing liquidation by merging to Fresco SS.
