July 8, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC has announced a tender procedure.

ABC.AZ reports that the tender envisages urban planning justification, development of a construction project and author's control in connection with the construction of a residential complex on a land plot of 5.83 hectares in the western part of Govsan settlement of Surakhani district of Baku.

The probable cost will be 731,068 manats.
