July 8, Fineko/abc.az. More than 6,500 employees of South Korean Samsung Electronics went on a three-day strike on Monday.

ABC.AZ reports that this is the second strike for Samsung in a month. The first one took place on June 7 amid disagreements on the issue of salary increases. The company's employees had never gone on strike before.

Now they demand respect for work, as well as an increase in vacations and an improvement in the performance bonus system.

Both strikes were initiated by the National Samsung Electronics Union, which unites more than 30,000 people.
