July 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has made changes to the "Form, content & procedure for submitting annual financial statements of a non-governmental organization" approved by a resolution from June 5, 2015.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.

Under the decree, from now on, NGOs, including branches or representative offices of NGOs of foreign states in Azerbaijan, will annually submit to the Ministry of Justice, no later than April 1, a detailed annual financial report on grants and donations, as well as on their use.

So far, these reports have been submitted only to the Ministry of Finance.
