July 30, Fineko/abc.az. The IDPs Social Development Fund has announced an open tender procedure.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the construction of a rural settlement for 1,042 families (at the first stage – for 635 families), the construction of 48 individual residential buildings is envisaged in Shukurbeyli settlement of Jabrayil district.
