August 2, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising in Friday’s trading after a sharp decline the day before.

The price of Brent crude futures for October on the ICE Futures exchange grew by $0.47 (0.59%) to $79.99 per barrel by 09:25. Following the trading on August 1, October’s Brent crude futures fell by $1.32 (1.63%) to $79.52 per barrel.

The price of September’s WTI oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange increased by $0.49 (0.64%) to $76.80 per barrel by 09:25. Following the trading on August 1, WTI oil futures for September declined in price by $1.60 (2.05%) to $76.31 per barrel.
