August 5, Fineko/abc.az. Pharmaceutical manufacturer Biogen (U.S.) has filed a lawsuit against Russian biotech company Generium and the Ministry of Health. 

ABC.AZ informs that the essence of the claim by the American firm has not been disclosed. It is assumed that speech is about a dispute over patent infringement relating to drug Lanthesens.
