ABC.AZ reports that from 2022 it was planned to launch the possibility of selling license plates with special combinations of numbers and letters through Public

Services. The highest base duty rate was supposed to be 600,000 rubles.
Now the Ministry of Economy has stated that the project is not being developed, since there are no formal grounds for this. The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that organization of such auctions is currently not a priority, taking into account the current state of affairs.
