August 6, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish business has once again called for the abolition of the all inclusive system in the country.

ABC.AZ reports that according to local entrepreneur Zafir Alkai, who was one of the founders of the all inclusive system, hoteliers need to reconsider their model and attract tourists not with discounts, but with quality.

As the businessman noted, the cost of food has risen significantly in Türkiye because of inflation. In this regard, hoteliers increase the cost of hotel accommodation, which makes holidays less accessible to a wide range of tourists. In an attempt to maintain demand, they resort to discounts and suffer losses as a result. At that, he noted that most of the food in the all inclusive system goes to recycling.
