August 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan revealed several violations in the activities of Capital Partners Investment Company CJSC.

According to ABC.AZ, during a comprehensive inspection conducted by the Central Bank, a number of breaches were identified in the company's compliance with securities market legislation and requirements related to combating the legalization of criminally obtained property and financing of terrorism.

Capital Partners Investment Company CJSC was issued a mandatory prescription to address and rectify these violations.
