September 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the Rules for the refund of overpaid taxes, contributions for compulsory state social insurance, unemployment insurance and compulsory medical insurance, as well as penalties and financial sanctions.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision in this regard.

According to the decision, finances overpaid to the budget cannot now be used to repay arrears on unemployment insurance contributions, accrued interest and arrears on administrative fines and financial sanctions applied for evading payment of unemployment insurance contributions.
