September 9, Fineko/abc.az. In the form of the separation of reorganization from the structure of Machine-Tool Plant, a new legal entity is being created under the name Seyhanlar Group 2024 LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with creation, 443,787 ordinary, registered, undocumented shares of Machine-Tool Plant with total value of 443,787 manats were liquidated and withdrawn from circulation.

Machine-Tool Plant was reorganized, and Seyhanlar Group 2024 LLC is the legal successor of Machine-Tool Plant.
