September 10, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia and Azerbaijan have managed to agree on 13 articles and a preface in the draft peace agreement, the Armenian authorities propose to sign the already agreed points.

ABC.AZ reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in Yerevan during the Yerevan Dialogue International Forum.

"13 articles and the preface of the draft peace agreement have been fully agreed, 3 articles have been partially agreed, they consist of literally two sentences. We propose to sign the agreed articles as soon as possible," he said, adding that peace in the South Caucasus is not only possible, but also realistic.
