September 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), with the participation of the State Oil Fund, held a currency auction.

According to the CBA, at the foreign exchange auction on September 10, the demand of banks amounted to $90.74 million and was fully secured. This is $25.74 million (39.6%) more than at the last auction.

At a foreign exchange auction on September 5, the Central Bank sold $65 million to banks.

According to the results of the currency auction, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat was formed at the level of 1.7000 AZN/USD.
