Azerbaijan's current account surplus reached about $2.6 bn

September 12, Fineko/abc.az. The current account surplus of Azerbaijan's balance of payments in the 1st half of this year totaled approx. $2.6 billion.

ABC.AZ reports that Samir Nasirov, the director of the Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), said this at a briefing at the CBA.

He added that growth of country's reserve assets (balance of payments surplus) amounted to $648 million.
