FDIs into Azerbaijani economy totaled $3 bn for six months

September 12, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign direct investments (FDIs) in the economy of Azerbaijan in the first half of 2024 amounted to $3 billion, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Samir Nasirov, the director of the Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

He pointed out that direct investments of Azerbaijani residents abroad totaled about $1 billion. Nasirov added that volume of repatriation of capital from Azerbaijan for Jan-Jun 2024 is estimated at $3.4 billion.
