September 13, Fineko/abc.az. From September 18, a law comes into force in Kazakhstan that will allow owners of electric vehicles to park for free.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Kazinform agency, owners of electric cars will need to register in a special register.

The Akimat of Almaty reported that owners of electric vehicles can use communal parking lots for free if they have a supporting document. To do this, you need to register in a special registry.

"To be included in the register of beneficiaries, owners of electric vehicles need to contact Almaty Parking or apply through the E-otinish website, attaching a scanned version of the technical passport," the akimat reported.
