September 18, Fineko/abc.az. American investment company BlackRock and tech giant Microsoft intend to invest $30 billion in the development of infrastructure related to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including the construction of data centers and energy projects.

ABC.AZ reports that as part of this project, the companies will create a joint fund called the Global AI Infrastructure Investment Partnership. The key objectives of the fund will be to improve supply chains in the AI sector and provide energy for such projects.

The total investment potential of the fund is estimated at $100 billion. As expected, Nvidia, one of the main beneficiaries of the boom, may also take part in the project.
