September 19, Fineko/abc.az. A license was issued to NBCO Irshad LLC by CBA Board’s decision from 12 September 2024,

ABC.AZ reports that Irshad LLC was founded a year ago, and it had to wait a year to get the CBA license to participate in the market.

Irshad has authorized capital of 1 million manats, which exceeds the regulatory standard of 300,000 manats.

The chairman of the Supervisory Board is Ismayil Ismailbeyli, the members of the Supervisory Board are Jeyhun Dashdamirov and Taleh Maharramov.

The NBCO will be independently managed by an executive body to be led by Zaur Migirov.
