September 20, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2024, ownership of 239,314 real estate objects was registered in Azerbaijan (29.15% less than a year earlier).

ABC.AZ reports that 39,148 property objects (16.3%) accounted for primary registration, and 200,166 ones (83.7%) for secondary registration.

The ownership right was registered on 39,536 private houses and dachas, 55,172 apartments, 136,179 land plots, 2,229 non-residential premises, 526 property complexes, 36 multi-storey residential buildings.

Of the registered real estate objects, 63,933 objects are located in Baku and the rest — in regions of the country.

Over the past year, the number of registered mortgage agreements decreased by 13.2% and amounted to 46,919 ones.
