September 26, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2024, the mortgage lending through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund amounted to 337.7 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that the indicator is 3.4% less compared with the Jan-Aug 2023 figure.

The volume of loans refinanced by the AMCGF decreased by 10.1% to 280.7 million manats.

For Jan-Aug 2024, the finances raised by the Fund through issuance of bonds grew by 59.1% up to 350 million manats, and the finances allocated from the State Budget to the AMCGF amounted to 65.7 million manats.
